The hotel is located in a beautiful area with a pleasant footpath to the nearby village. The room and bathroom are spacious, with high ceilings and vintage furniture. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the service is top-notch. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant offers tasty food at reasonable prices. there are bicycles available for rent, allowing guests to explore the surroundings easily.
The lack of mosquito nets in the room can be bothersome, as opening windows at night for fresh air may result in mosquito bites.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful garden and spacious rooms filled with antique furniture. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the supermarket, town center, and beaches. The complimentary bicycles provided by the hotel were a great bonus, allowing me to explore the surrounding area easily. The breakfast served at the hotel was typical of Italian breakfasts, with delicious pastries and coffee. I had a wonderful experience and would love to come back again.

We had a whole house to ourselves, with plenty of space for our group of 8. It was great having 3 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, ensuring that everyone had enough privacy. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we even got free bicycles to explore the area. The location was convenient and easily accessible by car.
There was some noise from the nearby train station, which disrupted our sleep. If you're a light sleeper, this might be a problem.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. He had no problem accommodating a room change and was always there to assist. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, and I loved the fact that I could use the hotel's bicycles to easily reach the nearby beach in just 10 minutes. The hotel's garden was also lovely.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The property is absolutely stunning with an incredible history. The location is great, very close to the beautiful Le Spiaggie Bianche. The staff, especially Jacobo, were knowledgeable and friendly. The self-contained villa we stayed in was unique and had a rooftop deck with amazing views. The grounds and gardens were well-maintained. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. Great value for money overall!

The villa itself felt like stepping into a fairy tale with its ancient charm and exquisite design. The surrounding garden was like a magical oasis, with peacocks roaming around and firebugs lighting up the night. The enoteca Graziani served the most mouthwatering dinners with local seafood and wines. We wish we could have stayed the entire summer!
We were looking for a bit more nightlife and partying options for young people like us. Maybe the addition of a vibrant bar or a lounge area where we could hang out and have a drink would have made the experience even more fun.

My partner and I had a truly magical stay at Villa Graziani in a stunning room filled with antique furniture. The staff, especially Jacobo and Niccolò, were super friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The free bicycles provided by the hotel were a generous touch and made exploring the area much easier. The Italian breakfast offered was typical and delicious, with pastries and coffee to start our day. We can't wait to return next year to this beautiful villa in a great location.
No soundproofing improvements needed, 😔.

The rooms at Villa Graziani are cozy and inviting, with beautiful parquet or tiled floors. I loved having access to free WiFi in my room, making it easy to stay connected. The private bathrooms are well-maintained and come with complimentary toiletries. Some of the rooms have a seating area, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I appreciated having a private bathroom with a bidet, adding an extra touch of comfort. The rooms that offer heating, wake-up service, balcony/terrace, and television are a great convenience.
Personally, I would have preferred a shower instead of a bathtub in the private bathroom.

The two waitresses at the breakfast and restaurant were also lovely and made our experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast, with its typical Italian pastries and coffee, was a great way to start each day. And the cherry on top, we were provided with free bicycles to explore the area, which was such a generous gesture. We can't wait to come back next year!
